Hi this is what I am trying to accomplish.
1. Individual registers and gets email confirmation email. - That works fine
2. I want the link from the confirmation email to go to a custom page. Can I a custom article page and link it? If so where do I put the link? If not which file do I need to go to change the default page.

The confirmation link? You can't change the confirmation link. It HAS to go to that page so CB can process the confirmation. You can however using incubator project CB Redirect and the trigger onAfterUserConfirm to send the user to a different page of your choosing.
