Problem with items with level access was created by rickk
Hi guys,

Im having a problem with showing a menu item, the User Menu.
I have set the items of this menu to be visible for REGISTERED.
However, when a user logs in, this menu is not being showed.
My CB settings is Allow Access To: All registered users.
Im using J1.6 , last CB version.

Would you guys have any suggestion for investigating this problem?

CB settings have nothing to do with menu access. Menus are all Joomla. Please check that you're logged in with a registered user or greater when testing menu access. Please also check within CB user management the user is Registered or greater. Not fully understanding the issue. If you could please explain further or perhaps provide screenshots would be appreciated.

Hi Krileon,

Im just investigating where is the issue of my problem.

I have a module and a menu item set to show only for registered users. However, after logging in, these items are not shown...
Im tending to think it s cache or ACL problem.

Im tending to think it s cache or ACL problem.

If you've cache enabled please disable and clear any existing cache then try again. I could not duplicate your issue on J1.5 or J1.6, both appear working fine. How was the test user you're using created? Does this happen to ALL users? Even your default Joomla administrator user?
