Incubator project CB Query Field is the only SQL field that I am aware of. Don't understand what you mean by multi-line however. You can set the field within field management to be on 2 rows if you like, simply set it to display on 2 lines instead of 1 by editing the field within field management. CB Query Field simply outputs your select as the fields value and nothing more. If you need line breaks then add them to your query's select.
