The description of this email is:

This is the email that can be sent when someone initiates payment for this subscription the first time (not a renewal), but his corresponding payment remains pending and not completed. Leave blank for no email sent.


How long does the payment have to "remain pending" before this email is normally sent?

As I understand it when payment is initiated the email is sent.

Also, if you use offline payments, make sure to use CBSubs 1.2.2, as there was a bug in the initial version for that email not being sent in case of Offline payments.
