I want register email support of html format

what should i do ?

CB currently doesn't send pending or welcome emails in HTML format. If you don't have a complex registration process then you could use incubator project CB Emails with various triggers such as After Registration to send your emails which allows for HTML emails.

Depending on location, yes. If used in the after registration trigger then they should work fine. I know password will as I've code in CB Emails to substitution [password] as plaintext whenever available. Can't confirm [CONFIRM] or [DETAILS] as I didn't test them.
