some questions

Ive just upgraded to pro cb and Im trying out the incubator plugins etc

1.
Firstly with the "alpha points system" I was led to this through the cb plugin

I set it up but lost all the user avatars and it went over to using the default alpha avatars, so hence Ive gone back to usual kunena forum ranking and given up on the aplha points, I just wondered how it was done so that people can still use their avatars without the default alpha avatars displaying

2.
With the plgin for Facebook, Twitter and Google Friends authentication, cb connect ?

I already have the facebook and twitter logins plugin installed and setup

Can I just setup the other logins for other networks separately ? or do I have to uninstall the previous plugin and start again ?

The AUP integration gives/removes users points based on CB trigger. That's all it does. It does nothing regarding avatars or anything of the sort.

Take the keys/secrets from existing FBC/TC and move them to CB Connect then uninstall FBC/TC. You can not use them both at the same time. This will ensure no conflicts and your userbase will remain functional (your application didn't change so your existing keys will be fine).

O thats a pain, the old twitter connect only needed the consumer and secret key, so I have no api key for the old plugin

No, it works WITH AlphaUserPoints. It allows giving user points based on CB Triggers or taking points away, whichever you prefer.

All you need is consumer and secret key. API key is obsolete in FBC and Twitter, just add any random string to it so it passes the IF statement.
