Please stop resurrecting year old topics. It's ok to create a new topic regarding this then simply provide a link to the old topic. Bringing back old topics makes it easy to confuse users with out of date information.
Many of these features requests are design/template changes. We will not add parameters for design/template changes as that list would become infinite. Instead we will be implementing a better template system and ideally a GUI template editor to make design changes extremely simple.
