Please ensure you're using at least PHP 5.2 and at least MYSQL 5.0.4. Once done please disable CB plugins 1 by 1 until resolved. If not resolved repeat with Joomla system plugins. Ensure tests are done with Joomla debug mode and maximum error reporting configured in global configuration as well as Joomla default template selected.
