Please ensure within CB > Configuration > General that "Name Style" is set to at least "First and Last Name Field". Once done ensure within CB > Field Management that the fields are set to display on Registration. Now ensure within CBSubs > Settings > Display > Invoices that the field is configured to synchronize over. Please note the this only happens 1 time and only at first time purchase. Any point afterwards it will not transfer over (this includes existing users). It's primary function is to transfer field values from Registration to the Invoice while making a purchase during registration to prevent duplicate entry of same data.
