case sensitive login was created by stud10

Hi,
I`m using Joomla! 1.5.22 Stable , CB 1.4
I was wondering how should I allow case sensitive login via frontend.
Now, it there are two users Username and username, only one of them could log in.
It seems to me, that there are somewhere lowercase function used.

It's not possible for a user to have "Username" and another to have "username" there is no case sensitivity.
