I was wondering if it is possible to define cb tab which contains content of joomla menu or specific joomla page?

Also a quick question about how to set cb login module so that user can input either username or email.

Not without developing an integration to render said content. CB has no support for such a feature.

Also a quick question about how to set cb login module so that user can input either username or email.

Within CB > Configuration > General set "Login field type" to "Username or email".
