We are close to launch but we are now getting the following error...

When someone new registers and they go to subscribe... that is the error they get. However... I upgraded myself on back and I can log in fine.
The kicker is that sometimes it works and someone can log in... other times they can't.
Any ideas? If you could create an account and try to upgrade it will give you a better idea.
