Administration in backend = Not Authorized

Hello we are using CB 1.4.0, and when we try to edit and save a cb profil in the backend (with our superadmin account) we have a javascript alert who say a message like "Not Authorized".

I know there is CB 1.7 but if you can help me with CB 1.4.0 to target the problem.

Joomla version 1.5.23, I found a solution with the re-activation of tab but only for super administrator.

Yes, you need to be super admin to modify user in backend.
