I have Joom!Fish installed but does not give me options to translate Community Builder.
I have to do to translate everything Joom! Fish?

CB doesn't support JoomFish, you need to use CBs language plugins. You can find several complete translations as well as information on how to create new language plugins (see Wiki and Documents links) at the below forge link.
