We're using CB Subs and process many offline payments (as many as 20 at a time).
Right now, we have to search for them in the baskets area, select one, click mark as paid, it opens up, then we have to mark it and then the search is reset and we have to filter once more for offline payments.
This is a really slow way to process. Are we doing something wrong? Is there a faster way? Can we batch mark a bunch of payments? If not, is this something that is in development?
Please do not duplicate post. I've already handled this issue with the below thread and created a bug ticket for you in our system for it sending you back to the incorrect location. There's nothing further that can be done.
