The date format is MM / DD / YY (12 / 28 / 2011)
How and where I can change to leave DAY / MONTH / YEAR (28 / 12 / 2011)

Como y donde puedo cambiar la que salga DIA / MES / AÑO (28 / 12 / 2011)
Date format can be changed within CB > Configuration > General. It will apply to all date fieldtypes.
