CB Emails

I would like to know when users change their name and/or when they update their user profile picture. Can I use CB Emails to accomplish this?

Also (assuming I can accomplish the first part)—how do I add user information to the body of the email? It says "Input email substitution supported body", but I don't see any example format. I'd like to send an email that says "The user, ________, changed their name from _________ to __________". Not sure if I can do that, however.
