Have reviewed your install and as I've explained you need to upgrade to CB 1.7 and CBSubs 1.2.2 as there are bugs regarding IE, CBSubs conditions, our JS, and our jQuery libraries that have been fixed. The error below is the cause of the problem, please upgrade.

Once both have been upgraded please confirm if issue persists.
