logging into my phpadmin account i find that indeed LOGIN FORM is unpublished, and CB LOGIN is published. Note that I had only one user on the account at the time, my superadmin user

i don't see a adelete option here, but it looks like the third time was the charm. sorry to bother you guys! everything is go go green light, logging in. not sure what i did different, but i did it nice and slow and everything works. great component and support!
