Confirmation emails/ forgot log-in/CB Mass email/ CBJuice confirmation - all these emails appear to go but do not arrive. Previous posts on similar topics imply a joomla configuration error, but automatic emails do get sent- using CBJuice, for instance - though the custom confirmation does not arrive, a default email message does arrive "You have been added as a User to Beekeepers Quarterly Online by an Administrator." This email shows username but blank password .
I have confirmed the mail setting with my host; disabling the host firewall makes no difference ??

If your mail server and host can confirm the emails are sending then it's completely out of your hands at that point and the receiving server would be where the problem is. Perhaps the emails have been structured in a way that the receiving server classifies as spam? Could you please PM backend super administrator login credentials and will take a look testing my emails as well to see if it's a receiving server issue.

I have just discovered that this is a problem with joomla factory and the contact module and there is a patch at
code.joomla.org/gf/project/joomla/tracker/?action=TrackerItemEdit&tracker_item_id=26612
The mass-email and log-in errors turned out to be the result of my mistyping the registration email address in CB configuration. All issues now seem resolved
