"An error occurred with Grade Tutor. Please try again later.

API Error Code: 191
API Error Description: The specified URL is not owned by the application
Error Message: redirect_uri is not owned by the application."

This is the message i'm getting with the facebook plugin. Using CB 1.4 Joom 1.5.22 Any suggestions.

Your Facebook application is configured for a domain that you are not visiting. If your application is configured to www.example.com and you navigate to example.com then it will not work. This is a security implementation from Facebooks end. The workaround is to provide a host level or htaccess based redirect to either/or address you prefer (with or without www).
