Yes, through CSS. The module loads CBs template CSS file, but has minimal default styling to begin with. You're welcome to examine the module with Firebug for classes/ids to help in restyling it. You can place your custom CSS in bottom of your Joomla or CB template CSS file (recommended Joomlas as CBs will override when you upgrade unless you create a custom CB template).
