what is language plugin on group jive ?

it is "lang_cbgroupjivedutch_24.zip" ?

You need to look at the english language plugin package contained in the GroupJive 2.4 distribution.

The package is:

lang_cbgroupjiveenglish_24.zip

Unzip it and see how its structured.

You need to make changes in the xml file to identify your language code (e.g., en-GN is the English tag) and edit all php files to translate to your language.
