Reference new.ModelPipeline.com/plug_cbprofilegallery_1.2.zip
(You can download and look, but originates from this website)
Exact error:
Download new.ModelPipeline.com/plug_cbprofilegallery_1.2.zip - Upload Failed
Unrecoverable error "PCLZIP_ERR_MISSING_FILE (-4)"

Looks like it was Permissions problems. Resolved!
