link to logged in user profile is:
index.php?option=com_comprofiler&Itemid=XXX


(XXX is the itemid created by your public menu to cb item)

link to specific user id profile is:
index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=userprofile&user=YY&Itemid=XXX

YY is the userid of person you want to link to.
