I have looked around and cannot find any easy way to edit the registration page that usually lives at yoursitenamehere.com/index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=registers

Do I really have to rebuild a language file to just add a paragraph of text explaining to new site users what they are registering for?

Thanks

If you're wanting to edit the source of the registration page then you need to edit the default CB template PHP file, but I don't advise doing that as your changes would be lost on upgrade. Your best approach is to just add a delimiter field to your registration that has whatever text you want. Set it to not display on profile and use CB Privacy to remove it from profile edit so it only displays on registration.
