[SOLVED] Administrators Creating Articles

Is there any way that Administrators can create articles in the backend and have them post to profiles similar to text area fields? I'd like to post weekly messages (1 for each CB Subs plan) to user profiles. I'd rather not load modules that display the article because I'd like the text to float around other content. If possible, I'd also like to include a readmore button that would take them to the full article. I already use CB Articles and this won't get me there, I don't think.

An admin can certainly create new articles from Joomla administrator panel.

I would use a delimiter field (that only appears for specific plans) and put teaser portion in it with link to full article.
