Sending email to admin when users change profile

Hi,
As I'm unable to write question properly in order to search if there is an answer...I have decided to post it as a topic.

I'm running a website with CB and we are including new fields in our users profile.

I have not been able to find if there is a possibility to receive, as administrator, an email message when someone adds new data and/or edits his profile.

That would help me a lot as I have more than 1000 users and I'm also using a CRM solution which I need to update daily with data from CB.

Incubator project CB Auto Actions can do this using an Email action and the after profile update trigger. Incubator project CB Profile Update Logger can also do this.
