Sorry but I am running out of options (and patience)
I have CBsubs, + professional support.
It seems I can't even make a ticket. I have to login with different credentials but I have 'no account'
I have had private messages with Beat about helping but now after a week still no replies and I urgently need to get things fixed. Can't do that in a public forum.
Please advise.
Sorry for slow reply here. Our team can't read my Private Messages, and I'm faced with 24-hours limit of days and software releases to complete. You can rename the subject to "Beat overbooked again"
I have PMed you link to open ticket (as Pro member you can see it: it's in Support->open ticket in our menu above too).
That way rest of team can help you, and it's not only me.
