PMS or Email Notification Feature was created by drdehart

With the new GJ setting for notifications, one option is PMS or email. When Message Members is used, or other notifications, how does the user select which one is used (email or PMS)? Or if the user doesn't select the method, how is the method determined?

The user doesn't select the method, it's automatic. It by default will attempt to PM. If fails it will try to email.
