Menu item looks fine, please provide the URL you see in your address bar with domain removed after clicking the avatar in login module.

Please find what menu link the Itemid 624 belongs to. At any rate your URL doesn't look correct. Are you using 3rd party SEF or altered htaccess file? The Itemid is normally worked into the URL more elegantly. Please test with SEF disabled and see if issue persists.
