I am building a website that has 4-5 specific areas each with their own membership type.
I would like to set the site up so that when a member logs in the template used is specific to their membership, ie red member sees the red template and blue member sees the blue template.
I have been looking around and I can not find a way to facilitate this other than to use an extension such as JMS Multisites to create child sites using the same db and each with their own template.
Is it possible to control the template through CB/CBsubs...or is there an alternative solution that works with CB?
If yes any pointers or advise would be most appreciatted.
I believe there's plenty of Joomla extensions to allow a user to change what Joomla template they view your site in. You could perhaps use one of them and if it's database based you could change their template with SQL Actions. I recommend checking Joomla.org extension directory (JED).
