How to load CBJuice list & assign to groups?

How to load CBJuice list & assign to groups at the same time? Can this be done? I can load the list just fine. But I want to assign members to at least one of the Groups. If not then how can I invite many people at one time to a group? or hot link another check off box to the group select field generated by autojoin plugin.

BY DEFINITION, usertypes are case sensitive and sensitive to internal spaces.

We usually make a run to change/assign groups using username, first name, last name, usertype for documentation purposes.

We have an internal version of CBJUICE that we are testing that will issue the new/update backside triggers. We are testing it internally but have no plans to release it for free because of the inevitable support issues with the complexities of the plugins.

I have been searching for the info. That is why I asked! I want to follow up on this some more. It may be something that I would want to purchase sooner than later.
