I am trying to find out if their is a plugin that will put a watermark or overlay image on top of a users Profile Pic. My goal is to have it look like a baseball card and allow the user to resize or crop his picture before uploading.
CB has no watermark support. Overlays are often done with 1 image being a background and the other being an image file or using 2 divs and CSS to place them on top of one another. It's not really something easily accomplished. If you add a watermark like that which affects the entire image as apposed to repeating icon or icon in the left/right corner you need to ensure the uploaded images are all the exact same size. You may want to check Joomla.org extension directory to see if something is available.
