redirect to fill missing fields during upgrade?

I have setuped different plans with cbsubs. An free plan with only few fields. Other plans requires additional fields.

My idea is that if the user upgrades to an other plan he will redirected to "Edit Profile" to fill missing fields.
Is there any trick to chatch the "upgrade cbSubs plan" event to redirect to the edit profile link?

Nope, at least not until CBSubs API has become more widely available. It does have triggers, but currently not permitted to disclose them to the public as of yet; sorry. I am only aware of 2, but neither would work for your situation.

Maybe include a message in the thank you text of your plans to go to profile edit to complete their profiles and include a link?

I have had the same idea to add a info an the link to edit the profil.

But the feature to redirect to fill missing required fields would be very helpful in a future release.

I agree, ideally it should display a min-registration page of those required fields after subscribing. This is something we'd like to review for implementation with CB 2.x and later release of CBSubs.
