[SOLVED] Using Subs for CB Fields was created by AlanJones
Not sure if this should be here or in Subs?

I have a CB Field that will appear in a CB list but once payment has been made with Subs,
I'd like users to update the field and make Subs payment at the same time. Is there some way to do this?
I've read through the manual and thought that the URL Integration may do it but I don't understand how this system works. What do these URL's do? Can I take someone to a CB Edit Tab?

Hope I'm making some kind of sense.

CB 1.7.1
CBSubs 1.2.2
Joomla 1.7.3

CBSubs URL performs an HTTP request, it's not a redirect (note: manual explains this further).

Are you wanting to change a users field based off subscription? As you should be able to do this quite easily with CBSubs Fields.

No, I have got the Fields to change very nicely with CBSubs. What I was wanting is for a user to add content to a field in a tab and then when they hit "Update" to pay for the field to be displayed.

I have found a work around with CB Subs that the client is satisfied with.
