I can do by auto action ?

You'd want to use the after registration trigger. Don't understand your query usage. Based on your current information I recommend the below.

It executes the supplied query after registration on the database you specify. It does nothing more then that. You need to ensure the query is correct and that the external database information is correct, I can't help you with that as it's your database. It's best to test with debug mode enabled and maximum error reporting set during the registration process to see if the query errors out.

Why just after registration ?

I am set before display profile

Why would you want to perform an insert after every profile page view? You'll load up your database with millions of rows within 1 day, most if not all being duplicates. The idea is to synchronize the user once, which is only needed at time of registration.
