GroupJive category layout

Hi, I've got it all working (its excellent BTW). I have a members area for each branch of a club where they can click on and they get the wall,photo,event etc...
The default layout is in 2 columns (see attachment):
the middle left column is the category logo, description and category menu and category information, and the middle right column is the wall,photo,event etc...

Can the layout be 2 rows? with the category information as the first row and the actual wall ,photo etc.. be the next row? - this would give a wider view of the category as I have a 3 column layout and the group jive splits the middle column into another2. see attachment.
Or if not, can the left column simply be a tab next to the wall - say 'about'?

I you want it like like imagem there's a possibility:
You have to deactivate Panes in GJ configuration =>general=> Global
and set GroupJive Module to Panes (API)

in the groupjive files there is a mod_groupjive. You install the adequat module via joomla installer. Then you enter the module. In the menu you'll find it!
You can choose the position and the pages where you want it.

actually as I go through the configuration the About,Wall,Forum,Events,Photos are tabs on the admin
can I have this layout on the GJ group display? i.e. at the moment I have Wall,Forum,Events,Photos as tabs - but the About is either a whole column on the left or disabled.
It would be fantastic is About could be a tab as in the config. maybe I'm missing something?
