free trial coupon shows user status as unpaid

Hi there

I'm having trouble getting a coupon to work properly.

I have a free trial coupon set up as a 100% discount. When a user subscribes and uses their coupon, the registration appears to go through - the total owing changes to zero, the payment options disappear, and a "thanks for your payment" screen appears after they confirm their registration.

However, the user appears as "registered, unpaid" and cannot access the subscriber section of the website.

Any idea why this would be?
Any help would be most appreciated.

I tested using the latest CBSubs 1.3 beta and I could not replicate.

This means that if this is really an issue it has been fixed already in CBSubs 1.3 (hopefully released as RC next week).

Please give me exact steps to replicate and I will try again.

I need plan details (specifically pricing and workflow parameters) and also CB workflow parameters. I assume you see this in the basket area?
