[SOLVED] mod_cbpblatest_error

Hello

I install mod_cbpblatest_1.2.zip to my cb1.2.2.

I put this module to the top page of my website(I have several guest book comments).
It shows only message below;

There are no name, no link.

How I can show poster's name and link to comments?

Please upgrade to CB 1.7.1. Expect nothing to work here on older releases, we can't guarantee latest development will work on older releases; especially as far back as 1.2.

I upgraded to CB1.7.1 and same error happened.
When I put this module on top page and the module is shown;

Please ensure the name and formatname fields are on a public and published tab. Tab access determines field access, which will affect substitutions.
