I've paid for Pro support so that we will finally get those forum posts answered.
What is the status and future of CB Search with regards to these issues?
Was this solved or updated since these posts were entered?
* We want to run a Boolean OR search. Somebody could choose "Age Appearance" = Teen OR Young Adult.
But we can't do that because it will only do an AND search, which is useless for us. If people choose more than one option in <select> fields, they only get exact matches for that. This is not the experience they would expect in a multi-select field.
The only way to have OR scenarios is set your userlist to "Simple search 'any'.." instead of "Simple search 'is'..". Alternatively "Advanced" gives you the options of using AND or OR search scenarios.
Please provide Joomla and CB versions. If not upgraded to CB 1.7.1 yet then please do so.
