First of all, thank you for supporting CB as a Professional member.
CB Connect is one of our incubator add-ons.
Incubator add-ons are located on our forge area:
forge.joomlapolis.com/projects/incubator?jump=welcome
You should be able to login to the forge area using the same username/password as on Joomlapolis. You need to use the username/password combo, not your email address.
If this doesn't work try the following:
logout from Joomlapolis and login again - this should resync your password on the forge.
Then try and login on forge again.
