now i receive notification by the group creation as superadmin, but admins still not receive (anywhere we will do more test in the next day)! and also... i think it's missed the notification panel in the panes of categories & group for normal users (but it's possible i don't remind very well if first there are...!)!
why everything seems so obvious, after someone told it to you?
