Well, if you have modified CBSubs language files then just search in them for the word LONG and fix what is broken.

If you refer to my original post, you will see that there are 2 sections in to it.

1- How to remove the word "LONG"? which sounds like a bug in the system as I have not changed anything there.

2- how to change the text below the block? Please refer to my screenshot. Where it give the details about the offline payment.

I cannot find the the file related to this section.

The word LONG i smost likely something you added somewhere on your own. Best guess is a language file.

Would need FTP access to check.

Also, why did you install the CBSubs english language plugin from CBSubs 1.3RC?

The invoice formatting is handled in CBSubs -> Settings -> Display -> Invoice
