how to mass resend username password

IH I have tried to send to a selcect people the user anem and password as I have migrated them to a CB based website I have got the firstname and username but password appears as the word password.

I use the following:

Dear [firstname], The xyz website is now live

Your username is [username]

Your Password is [password]

Regards, Webmaster

---

and what I get is:

---

Dear peter, The xyz website is now live
Your username is ukadmin
Your Password is [password]

Regards, Webmaster

Since I have imported the userlist the passwords are not set, is there a way of mass setting the passwords?

Once a password is saved in the database it is hashed and cannot be recovered in cleartext format.

People will have to manually reset their passwordsby selecting the forgotten password link in CB Login module.
