Automatic Recurring Payment with PayPal

We have some members who have set up automatic payment recurring payment profiles with PayPal to pay their membership fees once a year. In the meantime, however, our membership fee has been increased, so when the first auto payments get actioned from PayPal this month, there will be an underpayment.

How will CB Subs handle this please and what will happen to the individual's membership status?

There will be a currency mismatch and the IPN will fail preventing their subscription from renewing. What you need to do is Copy your existing plan, change its price, then enable the Copy, and disable the previous plan from allowing new subscriptions or renewals (do not unpublish it). This means everyone will have to manually renew/upgrade to the new plan and accept its price increase.
