CB subscription module display plan name issue

I checked inside the database but no extra character or other is present except my language string...

However you tell me I need to add my string also inside the english language file for be able to use correctly other extra language? In fact I don't have installed the english plugin language and I don't see where is the default english language...

I need to install the english plugin ??

I recommend installing the English language plugin included with CBSubs then attempting to translate it there as well.

I "reopen" this topic because I still get problem with the CB subscription module and now on my production site. Like I mentioned, the module display 2 current active subscription Silver and Gold with upgrade possibility to Gold but my user is subscribed to Silver only (plans are exclusive). I don't understand why my plan Gold is considered to be a current plan..

For be sure something is not wrong, I cleared all Baskets, Payment, Notifications and History Logs...but the Gold plan still present as current plan.

Can you please take a look in my backend if I PM my credential ??

Please first go to "Subscriptions" and filter by username, and see what appears there. It should help to understand what happened. Maybe plans were not always exclusive ?

yes at this place I see the GOLD subscription but it is marked as "expired".
