Hello. After upgrading to CB 1.8 from CB 1.7, I am experiencing an issue with CB Subs 1.2.2. (I am currently using Joomla 1.7.5).

The problem is that when a user registers for a plan, they used to be automatically assigned to a joomla group via the "Access Tab" "Subscribers users access tab" "User Group" settings in Cb Subs...

These fields are still set properly, however after the CB 1.8 upgrade, users that register for the plan are only assigned into the "registered" group.

Is this a known issues that you can help me with?

If I upgrade to Cb subs 1.3rc, will this issue go away?

Please help. Many thanks!

Please upgrade to CBSubs 1.3 and confirm if issue persists.

Thanks. Ill do the upgrade and let you know. Previously, you had provided me with the below advice for upgrading:

"If upgrading CBSubs simply install it on top of it self and it'll upgrade everything as necessary. I recommend unpublishing the Joomla bot first (if installed) then install CBSubs main plugin, then install the CBSubs bot, next everything else, and finally re-enable the Joomla bot."

What exactly is the joomla bot? I searched my cb plugins and joomla plugins but didn't find anything.

Thanks

It's the "cbpaidsubsbot" found in Joomla Plugin Manager. This assumes you've installed it however.

With regards to the issue below (CBSubs plans not assigning new members to their groups) the problem still exists after upgrading to CBsubs 1.3. Please let me know if there is something else I can try to get this working properly again.

Thanks.
