[SOLVED] CB-admin panel - User Management page goes blank

Dear Support

Suddenly "User Management" page goes blank in CB admin panel by any browser, IE, FS, CH.

I found browser error log saying that;


index.php:762Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'style' of undefined
onloadfunct

and when I see the php file, it saying;

getElementbyClass("multiparts")
partscollect[0].style.display="block"
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'style' of undefined

also here is the related error log in server log;

Your issue isn't coming from CB, but from com_cpanel. Please contact the developer of your extension for further support. CB does not supply stop working (it's not a timebomb). Whatever you've changed or installed prior to it stopping working is likely the cause.

It's strange because I have no special change before this error occurred, but there are some changes in CB user profiles by registered users.

Somehow I can see user list in"User Management" page when I click Advanced Search.

Don't know what to tell you. Your fatal error is coming from com_cpanel. My guess is they've a Joomla system plugin, which is allowing it to load on all pages. I recommend finding said plugin and try disabling it to see if the error goes away.

"said plugin" means a Joomla extension plugin which is affecting com_cpanel activity? or CB plugin?

FYI:I cannot find user list on "User Management" in CB admin panel but can find it in Joomla control panel.

com_cpanel is loading on every page or at least on CBs pages. To do this is must have a Joomla system plugin or a CB plugin (if on just CB pages). Disable it and it should resolve the error.

Don't understand what you mean by this. CB userlists are created within CB > Userlist Management. To manage users from backend (edit, delete, etc..) see CB > User Management.
