I controlled my English language CBSubs plugin 1.3 and is updated.

The english language plugin for CBSubs 1.3 is included in the package.

The error is most likely in your CBSUbs Settings Icon -> Display tab -> Unsubscribe sub-tab

See the parameter:

Unsubscription Confirmation Text:

The default english text was:

We are confirming your unsubscription from our %s subscription. Thank you for your time spent with us and hope to see you again soon.

You have most likely messed up the replacement string %s which needs to be there.
